I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with a spacious room and comfortable beds. The clean towels and linens were a nice touch, though the hot summer made the lack of air conditioning a bit uncomfortable. I would consider staying again for the good overall experience!

the staff was extremely rude and was disrespectful towrads their guest. Although the price is fair for the luxury they provide, the stay became sour later on. I would not recommend this hotel at all to my friends and family

great location for Kdamm,KaDeWa and Memory church, tiergarten. good restaurants in neighbourhood. one receptionist was very friendly and helpful. close to bus to Berlin centre
we were first given a very small attic room which was hot and up many stairs. after complaining we were allocated a much better, spacious room on the 3rd floor

The hotel was a charming, run-down time capsule! The bed reminded me of a torture device, and no soap in the shower? Really? I expected a complimentary drink to make up for my suffering but got nothing. The only upside is the staff, who were too busy to notice my plight. Shameful service, .

The location is unbeatable with easy access to tour buses, shops, and restaurants. The friendly staff and cleanliness added to a pleasant stay.
The breakfast was slightly above average and did not quite meet my expectations, leaving room for improvement in the dining experience.
